Additionally, the platform leverages Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide an extra layer of protection, ensuring multi-region backup for enhanced data security.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Errors and Omission Accepted
If a product is advertised or entered on the sales order with incorrect information (e.g., incorrect price, model, or quantity due to a typographical error, a supplier error, or scrivener's error), 3D MVP reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not that order has been confirmed. In such a case, 3D MVP will make the customer aware of this and a full refund will be given if required.
Ownership of 3D Models and 360° Images
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership Rights: All 3D models, 360° virtual tours, 3D Web Visualizers, and any other content created by 3D MVP as a subscription service (collectively referred to as “Deliverables”) are the exclusive property of 3D MVP. Upon payment of the applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for the purpose for which they were created.
Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that 3D MVP retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Deliverables, including all intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Subscription for the 3D Web Visualizer
Subscription: The 3D Web Visualizer is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription includes access to the 3D Web Visualizer as part of the Deliverables for the duration of the subscription period.
Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
Access to Deliverables: Upon cancellation of your subscription plan, you will no longer have access to the 3D Web Visualizer or any other Deliverables created during the subscription period. You acknowledge that any request for access to or ownership of the Deliverables after cancellation will not be granted.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to cancellation.
Purchase of Physical Goods
No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for video games, handcrafted products, or other files sold separately from the subscription services. All sales of these items are final. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, physical copies of games, and custom handcrafted items.
General Terms
Modifications and Termination
Modifications: 3D MVP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Termination: 3D MVP reserves the right to terminate your access to the services and Deliverables at its discretion if you breach any terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. This includes special orders, on-sale items, and final sales. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
